IS THIS FOR YOU?
Do any of these
sound familiar?
- Do you feel a bit lost and need help with the direction of your life?
- Have you gone through a big life change and are looking to move forward?
- Are you carrying too much — grief, pressure, expectations that feel too heavy?
- Do you want to make a change but aren’t sure where to start?
- Are you looking to become healthier or recover from an illness?
If any of these resonate, coaching could be exactly what you need. The first step is a free 30-minute conversation to see if we’re the right fit.

— SARAH’S APPROACH
Your Champion,
not your advisor
Transformational Life Coaching is about supporting you to make the life changes you want to make. I will hold space for you and listen with respect and in total confidence.
It’s your session, so I will ask you the questions and make observations to help you dig out your own solutions and next steps. I’ve been told I’m a lateral and linear thinker — which means I might not always take the obvious route, but whatever direction we take will be intuitively what I believe is needed to support you to get the outcome you desire.
Down to earth
Real, grounded coaching — nothing scripted or fake. You’ll feel respected and supported, not judged.
From the heart
Intuitive, warm and totally supportive — drawing on Sarah’s own lived experience of burnout and transformation.
Challenging
Not just suggestions and ideas — Sarah will ask the questions that help you find your own solutions.
Holistic
A passion for mindfulness, yoga and nature weaves through the coaching, when that’s what’s needed.
— WHAT YOU’LL GAIN
Three things this programme will give you
— ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Simple, real tools
for everyday life
Arbori Wellbeing brings a real and practical approach to teaching mindfulness. As a trained Transformational Life Coach, yoga teacher and qualified Mindfulness NOW teacher, I bring an approachable way of helping everyone build a toolkit for modern day living.
The programme is based on the respected Mindfulness NOW approach, blending modern psychology with traditional but simple and quick mindfulness techniques to help you create meaningful, lasting change in your everyday life.
I am incredibly passionate about supporting everyone to gain these skills — but particularly young people, so they can build a toolkit for life before burnout even becomes a possibility.

— SARAH’S YOGA JOURNEY
A qualification born from
lived experience
I added yoga teaching to my toolkit ten years ago in India, when I had nearly lost the use of my legs. I challenged myself to move to India, learn a new skill and start a new chapter in my life.
I hold a 200-hour Scaravelli-inspired teaching qualification, which gave me a strong level of confidence in my own body. It taught me to know myself and make sure I listen to my body and any signs it shows me. I add this knowledge and experience into all my sessions through breath work and mindful movement.
Yoga and mindfulness are deeply intertwined in my practice — and that connection flows through everything I teach.
— WHAT TO EXPECT
Yoga as a toolkit for life
Scaravelli yoga is a gentle, intuitive approach that works with the natural intelligence of the body rather than pushing against it. It’s accessible, deeply restorative and perfect for those seeking presence and calm.
Breath work
Using breath as the foundation of movement — learning to come back to it throughout daily life.
Mindful movement
Moving with awareness rather than ambition — listening to your body rather than pushing through.
Restorative practice
Sessions designed to restore, replenish and reconnect rather than perform or compete.
Woven with mindfulness
Yoga sessions naturally incorporate the mindfulness practices Sarah teaches — supporting a holistic approach to wellbeing.
